(ii)                    This session is designed for beginners or those returning to running after injury or a break from running.

(iii)                   The Thursday night session moves to the Clent Hills shortly after the clocks change (BST) in order to take advantage of the lighter nights. The meeting point is the free car park at the junction of St Kenelms Pass and Spring Lane. Please check the club notice board/website for any changes.

(iv)                  On the last Sunday of each month we usually meet at a variety of different locations to get in different routes (occasionally this will include a bacon buttie run) Details are emailed out to members.

Club members lead training and ensure that no one is left behind. Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes (appx. 6-8 miles), though some members run further when training for marathons.

During the summer months training is usually off road.  Cobra offers a variety of training, including continuous running, interval running, speed training and hill training.
