Runners make a difference
A Halesowen running club have presented local special school, Sunfield, with the proceeds from their annual 5km run.
Each year, Cobra Running and Triathlon Club host The Mark Perry 5km race in memory of a late member of the club.
The event took place in September last year which saw over 80 runners complete the course over the Clent Hills. A donation of over £320 has been handed over to help with the purchase of specialised equipment for the school, who support children with complex needs.
Next year’s run will be on Sunday 25 September 2016.
